Full reno pricing is the most variable number we quote, layout changes, stone vs laminate and building access move it the most. The figure here assumes standard finishes and no structural work.
How a whole-unit reno job runs

Walkthrough & scope
We go room by room, flag what's load-bearing or strata-owned, and map the job against your deadline, sale date, tenant move-in, whatever it is.
Approvals & booking
Body corporate application, lift bookings, neighbour notices, skip permits. Two to three weeks of admin before day one: we run it all.
Strip-out week
The loud, dusty week. Everything old comes out in building-approved hours. You'll want to be living elsewhere for this bit.
Rough-ins
Plumbing, electrical and any wall changes happen now, with photos of everything before it's sealed.
Wet areas & surfaces
Waterproofing, tiling, plaster repairs, kitchen install. The apartment starts looking like a plan instead of a demolition.
Floors, paint & fit-off
Flooring down, paint on, lights up, doors hung, tapware and hardware on. The satisfying fortnight.
Snag, clean, handover
Joint walkthrough, snag list closed inside a week, deep clean, warranty pack. Then it's yours again.
