Quick answers

Usually within a few days for inner suburbs. Evenings and Saturdays are possible if weekdays are impossible for you, mention it in the form.

Both. A repaint, a floor, a vanity swap: all fine. The only thing we don't do is half a waterproofing job or electrical work that needs a cert we can't issue. Small jobs book faster too.

Happens all the time with investor owners. Send photos and a floor plan if you have one, we'll do a video walkthrough with your agent or building manager, and the whole job can run without you flying in. Weekly photo reports keep you in the loop.

The six of us, listed on the about page. The only licensed trades we bring in are plumbers for complex rough-ins, and we use the same two local plumbers on every job.
