What a Casinny kitchen job actually covers
A kitchen reno in a unit isn't a house reno in a smaller room. You're dealing with shared risers for plumbing, strata rules on water shut-offs, a strata-appointed shutoff window, and a corridor between your door and the skip. We plan all of that before we quote.
The build itself: strip-out, services rough-in, cabinetry, benchtops, splashback, appliance fit-off and a final silicone pass you won't find fingerprints on. Marco does the joinery, Rob handles the power and lighting, and Dan checks the mitres himself.

Measure & brief
We measure the space, check the riser and shut-off access, and ask how you actually cook, the layout follows the answer.
Design & fixed quote
Cabinet plan, finishes, timeline: all itemised in writing. Body corporate notification goes in at this point if needed.
Strip-out (1-2 days)
Old kitchen out, corridor protected, rubbish down the lift, not the stairs. Water and power shut-offs get booked with the building first.
Rough-in
Plumbing and electrical moved or upgraded to the new plan. Photos of everything before walls close up.
Install & fit-off
Cabinets, tops, splashback, appliances, hardware. The loud part's over by mid-week most jobs.
Handover
Silicone, polish, walk-through with you, snag list fixed within the week, warranty docs in your inbox.
